Fiesta Inn Cuernavaca is an absoluteley overhyped disappointment. The pool was too cool and the jacuzzi didn't even have sufficient temperature water. I expected some type of upgrade or complimentary gesture for my discomfort, but that never came. A more extensive menu at the restaurant woudl ve been nice too. I almost gave a good review but just couldn’t.

This place is perfect for me with great wi-fi, a helpful 24-hour reception, and a nice outdoor swimming pool. I remember the staff helped me with my luggage on my first stay. I always enjoy my trips here!

Comfortable room, attentive staff, and great amenities made our stay enjoyable. the 24-hour reception was very helpful for our late check-in, and the outdoor swimming pool provided a nice way to relax after exploring.
